Founded in 1994, Interactive Voice Appliactions, Inc., IVA, is a provider of software products and consulting services for government and private sector clients.

IVA offers three (3) distinct product lines random moment sampling software (RmsPLUS), cost allocation software(CapPLUS), and indirect loan processing (MRM, member relationship manager).

IVA was the first to offer a fully integrated email-based random moment sampling system, RmsPLUS, which offers analysis of statistics regarding federally reimbursable activities.  Our software also offers several other polling methods such as text messaging (SMS), automated voice response (IVR), which streamlines phone polling, paging, or any combination of polling techniques.

IVA spearheaded the field of cost allocation software with the creation of the modern cost allocation automation process. After gaining federal approval for the new process, IVA has since developed applications used by the entire industry at one point or another. We are constantly seeking new methods of streamlining, easing, and improving the cost allocation process.

In the private financial sector, MRM handles indirect loan processing for credit unions thoughout the US.  Our system also integrates seamlessly with many third party loan processing systems.  Our clients average over a billion dollars in assets.
