IVA understands random moment sampling in the state human services agencies better than any other company in the industry.  All of our RmsPLUS installations are operating under approved cost plans, and our Rms products have been reviewed in detail by OIG as a part of a DCA audit.  No state claims have been disallowed or threatened because of any issues related to RmsPLUS or any of our other Rms products.

RmsPLUS is a full featured, web based and hosted Rms service used primarily by state human services agencies.  It works very well as a standalone, self-contained Rms system, but also has outstanding features for communication via Email, automated voice response system and PDA’s.  IVA was the first to offer web based Rms since 2005.

RmsPLUS runs on IVA’s servers in Dallas.  It is entirely web based, with all system administration performed over the internet using a browser.  Data is stored on a database server in Dallas.  All support, maintenance and backup operations are handled by IVA, and there’s no operational responsibility on your part to support, maintain or backup the software or database.

As a hosted system, RmsPLUS requires only a PC with IE 6.0 or better.  This will operate correctly on any PC with Windows XP, Vista, 2000, 2003 Server or 2008 Server.  RmsPLUS doesn’t require the installation of any specific hardware or software on the user’s PC, or involve any patching or updating.  RmsPLUS won’t elevate user privileges on the user’s PC, and runs in the standard user context.
